We're setting off on Tuesday! We still have a lot to do, including packing.I did my homework today by scouting out the airport and double checked on how many bags we're allowed. Two each! We still have to decide if we're renting a car or a van when we arrive in Auckland. The 'Britz' vans are pretty funky and they have my vote. The Km's are included in the already reasonable price.
The 'Jucy' vans can be offensive with their drawings and sayings so we'll stay clear of those.And the 'Wicked' vans are plain scary. We'll see what happens.

We are getting very close to finalizing our travel plans for our big adventure. We're hesitant to buy anymore groceries but since I'm a grocery store addict we'll see how that goes. All of our autumn clean up duties for the house and yard have had to be done these past few weeks instead of throughout September and October. We still have two boats and the dock to pull up and the garden has yet to be harvested. 
The suitcases and snorkelling gear have been brought up from the bowels of the basement and the cats are sitting on everything.
 'The List' gets longer instead of shorter but all will be accomplished eventually. Must carry on!
